Ali Khwaja is an engineer from the IIT Mumbai, MIE with PhD in counseling. He is Chairman of Banjara Group specializing in Counseling, training, career guidance and life skills coaching. He is the Honorary Director of Helping hand, a free counseling service for crisis, emotional help, support to patients in ten major hospitals and four counseling centers in the city.

He is an acknowledged trainer in the field of human behavior and counseling. He is a dedicated counselor, for emotional, interpersonal, marital, family and career counseling.  He has presented papers in national workshops for audience of all age. He has penned fourteen books on human behavior, life, children and counseling. He contributes columns regularly to reputed publications like Deccan Herald, Bangalore Weekly, Indian Express, Vijay Times --- and is the editor of Banjara Life, a unique newsletter on the human dynamics.

Brig. Murthy comes with rich and in-depth experience in leadership and people development. His experience of several decades spans from military to private and public sectors. His deep need to contribute to the society has led him to design, develop and deliver people development courses. He has immense faith in the human spirit and has dedicated himself to empowering one and all. Brig Murthy has done his Mechanical Engineering with a Masters Degree in Defense Studies. He also holds Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Development and Management. He retired from the Indian Army in Sep, 1997, after serving with the Corps of Engineers for 33 years. In the time spent in the Army, he has been involved in HR management in a high-risk environment. Highlights of such involvement include leading troops in two battles in 1965 and 1971 on the western borders of India. In addition to technical, tactical & strategic military skills, the Army also instilled in him very high level of leadership, excellent communication skills & people development qualities. In the past decade Brig. Murthy has worked with organizations such as TCS, Tata Elxsi and BMA where he has been instrumental in creating world class facilities and setting policies and procedures. He has also been involved deeply in the area of people development. He has delivered over 100 people development programs during this period. He is also a visiting Faculty member for a number of Business Schools, IT companies & middle-level Management in manufacturing / construction companies and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited. His need to empower people extends to improving the society. As President of HSR Residents Welfare Association in Bangalore he has taken up number of infrastructural issues with the Government to concrete results for the well-being of the community.

The Delta Centre offers services to clients who wish to enhance theirwellbeing and address personal, relationship, family and/or work related issues. Children, adolescents, adults, couples and families, attend the centre for services including Counseling and Psychotherapy, Relationship therapy, Family therapy, Psychological assessments, Speech therapy and Creative art therapies.
